The run command has disappeared from the start bar

Please try the following methods below.
**Restart Windows Explorer
Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to unlock Task Manager.
Select the Processes tab.
Scroll down and select Windows Explorer, Right click then select Restart.
**Please try to dash SFC and DISM to check for any system errors and corrupted files.
After that, Restart your PC
Please check if you have a Run shortcut at this location
Press Windows key+R to unseal Run then reproduce and paste the following
%appdata%\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\System Tools
Press Enter
