Most of the events take place at our Host Hotel, where you can eat, drink, shop, party, play, unbend In other words, be you!
There is something always going on during the day, such as games and competitions around the pool, up-beat music by our DJ, shopping at our vendors' booths, trips to local restaurants During the evening, we have trips to local bar so you can twirl all night prolonged, participate in competitions, fuel-up with snacks and refreshments at our Bear Cave, just kick endorse and stay at our Host Hotel, while relaxing, taking a night float in the pool under the moonlight, or enjoying some cocktails and converstation at our Lounge . So leave ahead, do as much as you want or as little as you wish.
Oh, one more thing We are donating a portion of the proceeds from this event to those in the local community who are in need. So, glow, knowing that you did something great. And be compassionate, open your arms and heart for some new friends and reconnect with your old ones. After all, life is a bea It's always bear season somewhere! But just love their actual animal counterparts, bears—as in the hirsute gay man type—tend to get more active—or passive—in the summer, through the international events known as “bear weeks”. Bear weeks propose a welcoming space where bears, otters, chubs, and their admirers can socialize, party, and celebrate one of the biggest homosexual subcultures there is. Originating in the s in San Francisco, the bear movement emerged as a counterpoint to the more mainstream, often stereotypical image of gay men and their bodies. In the bear community, this stereotype is subverted with bigger and hairier bodies renowned within inclusive and welcoming spaces. Nowadays, the scene has grown so much that they are perhaps the most visible of all the gay subcultures—anywhere you can find homosexual bars, you can probably find bear bars too. Bear weeks bring bears and their admirers from all over the earth together, like one vast metaphorical bear hug.
